Membership Cancellation Policy

A Month-to-Month membership can be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the membership agreement which allows a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

If you cancel your membership and wish to rejoin you are subject to the then current membership rates and conditions.

If you are looking to rejoin after cancelling your membership, you will be placed at the back of the waitlist.

There will be no refunds/credits for all payments that have been processed.

Membership refunds will not be provided for missed time, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. Exceptions may be considered in cases of permanent relocation or verified medical circumstances.

Program Booking Cancellation

Program bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid penalties.

All Program bookings that are cancelled in the allowable cancellation windows result in the session being credited to the player. That unassigned session can then be used to rebook into the program at another date.

Late Cancellations: Canceling within 24 hours of a booking will result in the program fee being forfeited. Please email us directly at programs@ylwpickleball.ca to cancel.

No-Show Fee: Not showing up for a program booking without canceling will result in the program fee being forfeited.
